NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING COSTS:

Please note that the shipping costs calculated by the shipping cart (including free shipping), only apply to small light weight consumable items. We will contact you should we need to adjust the shipping price for you, if you are ordering a consumable item that will incur additional freight fees.

For non consumable items such as furniture, due to the large variances in the sizes and weights of items, and the differing freight costs depending on your location, we will need to personally prepare you a quote for shipping. Therefore the shipping price shown in the cart for those types of product, may not apply. If you would like a quote for shipping prior to placing your order, please feel free to contact us.

If any change is required to your order, we will NEVER charge your credit card until we have received your approval to proceed.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF NEW ZEALAND:
The shopping cart will by default show a fixed shipping fee of $100, but please ignore this. We will instead email you back with the shipping cost quote. This needs to be done on a case by case basis due to the large variences in the sizes and weights of items.
