The fiberglass spa shell comes with a five-year warranty against manufacturer defects. The acrylic shell is covered by a 2 year warranty against manufacturer defects.

Our New Zealand manufactured pumps and heaters are covered by a first year full on-site warranty. The second year is covered by replacement parts only warranty. It does not include any installation costs.

All other parts are covered by a one year warranty against manufacturing faults. Normal wear and tear is excluded.

With approved dealers and service technicians New Zealand, you can be confident that you can get replacement parts or repairs should you ever need it.
