These DIRECTORS chairs are a twist on an all time classic. They have been modernised with the application of modern day materials to create a robust directors chair with comfort and all weather durability.

Our DIRECTORS chair utilises a high quality tear-proof, reinforced PVC material slung around a powdercoated aluminium frame. The chair incorporates a double sling with an outdoor foam filling that adds comfort. The chairs folds up in to a compact package for ease of storing.

The seat can be used in all weather conditions and can be left outside all year round. It does not require a cushion thanks to it's built-in padding. It is totally suitable for seaside use.

DIRTECTORS chair is available in 3 colours:

White textured frame with a white sling for a very crisp, modern look, or coffee textured frame with a coffee sling for a more earthy look, or classic black!

Materials:

Textilene style sling:

The sling material is of high quality, using materials supplied by Phifer of USA or Win Tech of Taiwan. Both are excellent quality sling fabrics, the source dependent on the sling colour.

This hard wearing fabric made from reinforced, coated PVC is very strong and will not tear. It resists stretching and staining and is easily cleaned.

It has a high level of resistance to colour change, particulary applicable to our strong NZ sunlight conditions.

The directors chair includes an outdoor durable fleecy padding between the double layered sling.

Aluminium:

The aluminium frame is precision welded on preformed jigs. The weld joints are then ground down to form attractive smooth seams. The frame is then powdercoated for extra strength and protection against oxidation.

Product Care:

Textilene Sling : just wash down with a soft brush and soapy water from time to time.

Aluminium Frame : no particular care is required. From time to time, clean with a soft brush and soapy water and rinse clean. Avoid scratching the powdercoat surface.
