Ecolene wicker
By choosing this new generation synthetic wicker you benefit from their un-rivalled quality standards and experience.
Ecolene wicker is a polyethylene synthetic wicker manufactured using the latest extrusion technology to be more durable, insensitive to temperature fluctuations, free from cracking, splintering and corrosion, yet still retain a natural look and feel. It is the only synthetic wicker which can withstand UV radiation (300-400nm wavelength), extreme heat, oxidation, high moisture, mold and mildew.
It has the highest level of resistance to colour change, particularly applicable to our strong NZ sunlight conditions.
Aluminium
The aluminium frame is precision welded on preformed jigs. The frame is then treated with a special surface treatment to protect against oxidation.
Product Care:
Ecolene wicker : just wash down with a soft brush and soapy water from time to time.
Aluminium frame : no particular care is required. From time to time, clean with a soft brush and soapy water and rinse clean. Avoid scratching the powder-coat surface.
Cushion : vacuum off dust if dirty. Then spot clean any marks with a cloth and soapy water. For stubborn stains, we recommend using Sunbrella Fabric Cleaner.
In case of manufacturing or material faults, Poynters will repair or replace this furniture free of charge within a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. Note that all damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper or unreasonable use or improper maintenance are not covered by this warranty. Unless otherwise stated, cushions are excluded from this warranty.
