Please note: Please do not use on windy days with the tilt angle, as this could cause the pole to break prematurely, please remember to close the umbrella when not in use during the day time, and always close it after use at night time. Failure to adhere to these points may shorten the life of the umbrella!
In case of manufacturing or material faults, Poynters will repair or replace the umbrella frame free of charge within a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, subject to the following : All damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper or unreasonable use or improper maintenance are not covered by this warranty. Damage caused by wind is not covered by this warranty. The shade fabric is covered by a 12 month warranty, excluding fading. This warranty applies to residential use only, umbrellas used for commercial purposes are not covered by any explicit warranty.
