Poynters warrants that under normal use and proper care, Point 1 products are free from defects of cracking, peeling and breaking for 3 (three) years.

The warranty above does not cover failure or damages caused by improper applications, unreasonable use or abusive use.

Poynters warrants that under normal use and proper care, Point 1 is guaranteed against obvious colour fading, weathering and ageing for 3 years from date of purchase.

There may be slight color variations between product batches. This does not constitute a fault.

Poynters may either repair or replace defective product, at our discretion.
