Generally goods, once purchased, cannot be returned. Under exceptional circumstances, or by prior arrangement, goods may be returned upon receiving approval from our office.
We will also accept returns where the advertised product is misrepresented or is defective.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Please contact us to request a return. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt and must be in original packaging, and in as new condition.
Refunds will usually be made by the same method in which payment was made.
If your request for returning goods is approved, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping charges will be manually calculated or confirmed for you after order has been received. We will email you back with pricing and payment details. You can then choose to accept or decline the order.
We can ship to virtually any address in New Zealand. Shipping charges, dangerous goods surcharges and rural delivery surcharges may apply. In some cases, dangerous goods deliveries may not be possible to your address. In this case we will advise you accordingly and cancel the order.
We do not generally ship to overseas destinations. If you are an overseas customer and are interested in purchasing products, please use our contact form to discuss.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations.
