In case of manufacturing or material faults, the manufacturer will repair or replace the umbrella free of charge within a period of 5 years , and 10 years against unreasonable canopy fading from the date of purchase, subject to the following : Damage caused by wind is not covered by this warranty. All damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper or unreasonable use or improper maintenance are not covered by this warranty. The stitching of the shade fabric is covered by a 5 year warranty against faulty workmanship. This warranty applies to residential use only, umbrellas used for commercial purposes are not covered by any explicit warranty. This is a RETURN TO BASE warranty. Umbrellas must be returned to base at owners cost.
