What sets the VENICE umbrella apart is the uniquely designed heavy duty 12mm fibreglass canopy arms (think fishing rods). These fibreglass arms can bend and flex making the umbrellas super durable able to withstand wind and rough treatment. This sun umbrella also features strong resin and stainless steel parts and an easy to use rope and pulley system for opening and closing the umbrella. OR opt for the new POP UP style, easy one arm push up to open and pull down for closing the umbrella, NO CORDS!
The VENICE Umbrella pole is made with a super strong 2.2mm thick anodised aluminium in silver colour, or black pole that can split in the middle for easy transport and storage. Black pole option is available in the Venice POP UP style and the Venice TILT.

Pole size is 38mm diameter in anodised aluminium, which can be split in half for ease of transport and storage.

Sun Umbrella Fabric Options
The Venice Sun Umbrella is available in a large range of standard or non-standard colours.
In case of manufacturing or material faults, the manufacturer will repair or replace the umbrella free of charge within a period of 5 years for fixed frame models, 3 years for the Tilting frame model, and 10 years against unreasonable canopy fading from the date of purchase, subject to the following : Damage caused by wind is not covered by this warranty. All damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper or unreasonable use or improper maintenance are not covered by this warranty. The stitching of the shade fabric is covered by a 5 year warranty against faulty workmanship. This warranty applies to residential use only, umbrellas used for commercial purposes are not covered by any explicit warranty. This is a RETURN TO BASE warranty. Umbrellas must be returned to base at owners cost.
